Yoga Moves MS
Yoga Moves MS supports students people with Multiple Sclerosis and other similar neuromuscular conditions with adaptive yoga classes and supportive, loving community.
Mindy Eisenberg, founder of YogaMovesMS, created this program to serve students in need--many of whom cannot afford yoga classes and did not have access to adapted poses, nor access to community.
Each class is equipped with multiple teachers and assistants to help students transition from a chair to the floor, and receive a mini-massage at the end of each class.
Mindy devotes her life to supporting adaptive yoga students in maintaining mobility and living well.
Participants experience on average a 77% decrease in symptoms from 5 mins of Sheryl's energy services.

Deanne is one of the foremost sustainable living teachers, as well as a former art teacher.
Her rocket stoves have eagles and tortoises designed into their benches. Her home has paint crafted from different colored eggshells and earthen trees and suns layered onto her walls.
It is no surprise that students bike across the US, and fly in from overseas to study and learn alongside Deanne. Her ability to use non-violent communication skills to bridge differences with candor and commitment create collaborative, healthy friendships that last well beyond each event.
Deanne "reweaves people and nature," inviting people to build skills, in which they learn to harvest & use local resources, and create community together.
